In 1936-1946 (with a break) Naum Isaakovich worked at the Theater of Russian Drama (the city of Chisinau).
Since January 1980 he worked as the artist of the Voronezh Regional Philharmonic. He conducted various concert programs as an entertainer, toured (along the lines of Roskontsert and the Gosconcert) with the variety brigade of the Philharmonic Society in the cities of the Soviet Union, participated in the work of the local musical and literary lecture hall.
