Nina Moiseevna graduated from the faculty of translators in the 1st Moscow State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages named after M. Torez (now Moscow State Linguistic University) (1953).
Since 1954 Nina Moiseevna has been working at the Voronezh State Pedagogical Institute (now Voronezh State Pedagogical University): assistant, teacher, associate professor, professor, head (1985-1993) of the French language department. She is the author of about 150 scientific publications, including monographs: "An apposite phrase in modern French" (Moscow, 1984), "French phrases objectifying characterization relations" (Voronezh, 1994).
