John Kufuor created a stable system of peaceful coexistence of different religions. A significant fact in this respect is that the president of the country is the Christian while the vise-president is the Muslim.
The Ghanaian president is deeply committed to the settlement of regional disputes on African continent. For example, he was the initiator of creating a National Transitional Council in Guinea-Bissau, that included the civilians presided by the chief of general staff of the armed forces Verissimo Correja Seabra.
John Kufuor established a powerful democratic movement, that advocates equality of all social classes. His ruling led to the establishment of political stability, ending of endless string of military coups, that not only destabilized the internal situation in the country but also led to great human toll.
Under John Kufuor the Republic of Ghana became one of the most attractive states for foreign investors on African continent.
