Raisa Aleksandrovna graduated from the vocal department of the Voronezh College of Music in 1975. She was a student of I. Shishlova and L.D. Orobinskaya.
Since 1975, Raisa Aleksandrovna has been the soloist of the Voronezh Regional Philharmonic. She collaborates with such local musicians, as A. Sklyarov, M. Shvetsov, Y. Chirkov, N. Klenova. Raisa Aleksandrovna created a cycle of her own concert programs: "Old Russian Romance", "Operetta is My Love", "Songs from the Movies", "Old Tango, Waltzes, Foxtrots", "Songs of past years", "Songs from the repertoire of Klavdiya Shulzhenko". Since 1992, Raisa annually organizes charity concerts for war and labor veterans.
