Chow Sien-kwok graduated from the University of Cambridge, England, with Bachelor of Laws degree and was admitted to the English bar in London.
Career
He was appointed president of the District Court in Canton in 1925. Then he was a judge of the Provisional Court of Shanghai in 1927 and occupied position of chief procurator and later president of the District Court for the First Special Area of Shanghai between 1930 and 1932. Later Mr. Chow acted as a chief procurator of the District Court of Ningbo.
