Takanor Ogisu graduated from the Arts School and went to France in 1927.
Career
After returning to Japan (1940), he belonged to the Shin Seisaku-ha art society. Well known as a landscape painter. Went to France again (1948) and won a prize at an art exhibition held in Monaco (1950).
