Vera Aleksandrovna graduated from Polytechnic University in Blagoveshchensk-on-Amur.
The first position of Vera Aleksandrovna was the head of the library of the Amur house’s educators, then she worked in the Khabarovsk regional library. Since 1929 - she was already in Saratov - the head of the general department of the Saratov University’s Fundamental Library. In 1931, Vera Aleksandrovna was appointed Director of the library until the end of her days.
