He graduated from the department of Spanish of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology of Voronezh State University (1971).
Anatoly Ivanovich worked as an electrician at the plant (Kshen township of Kursk region, 1961-1963), a teacher of Spanish and German at the basic secondary school in Olkhovatsky District of Voronezh Region (1971-1973), translator in Cuba (1974-1978).
Anatoly Ivanovich was a lecturer at Voronezh State University and Voronezh State Technological Institute; teacher of the Russian language as a foreign in Kampuchea (1981-1983). He was a deputy chief doctor for economic issues at the railway hospital (Ostrozhka station of the South-Eastern Railway) since 1985.
He was editor-in-chief of the large-circulation newspaper "Vagonoremontnik" (2003-2006). He was published in the Moscow and Voronezh collected books (since 1972). He is the author of poetry collections, published in Voronezh: "Chas pervoy travy" (1979), "Pozdnie ptitsy" (1990), "Vnutri vzryva" (2003), "Angely nadezhdy" (2009).
