For subsequent 2 years after her graduation, she worked as a teacher at 8-year basic school in Kazankova village, Bashkir Autonomous SSR.
In 1979 and until 2003 her occupation was "Yunost" (lit. Youth) movie theatre. Under Gudoshnikova’s direction, the movie theatre turned into an important cultural center that had connections with multiple social and art organizations throughout Moscow and Voronezh. The theatre held a multitude of movie festivals of various themes, retrospect film screenings as well as organizing meet-ups with renowned artists (such as Vadim Abdrashitov, Marlen Khustiev, Zinaida Kirienko, Sergei Nikonenko and others).
Her literary works are being published in "Koltsovski Skver" magazine since 2007. They were also issued in "Svecha" almanac in 2005 and 2008.
