Education
Heng-Chih studied at the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, China. He became a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Later, he received a degree of the Master of Business Administration in the area of Finance. Heng-Chih studied at the College of Insurance in New York, United States. He became a Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management. He was a student of the Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California, United States. He became a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance.
Career
Heng-Chih worked as a professor in the National Taiwan Ocean University, since 2008. From 2011 to 2018 he was an independent director in Yang Ming Marine.
