Lyubov Kartashova

Background

Lyubov Kartashova (nee Peshkova) was born on November 14, 1956 in Voronezh, Russian Federation.

Education

In 1981 she graduated from the Voronezh State Institute of Arts.

Career

In 1981-1984 she worked as a choirmaster of the children's ensemble of song and dance "Green Light" of the K. Marx House of Culture. Since 1984, she has been a teacher at the Voronezh Music Pedagogical College, artistic director of the children's choir "Nadezhda". In 2001,2003-2007 initiator and organizer of the festival "Singing Land", in which children's choirs of many regions of the Russian Federation take part.

Achievements

• In 1993,1995 winner of the International Slavic Assembly "Friendship". In 1997 winner of the 1st International Children's Choral Assembly. In 2002 honorary worker of secondary vocational education. In 2002 honored teacher of the Russian Federation.
