Natalia Konstantinovna founded and has headed the department of the Russian folk choir at the Voronezh College of Music named after Rostropovich (since 1971), the ensemble "Russian Song" (since 1975), which became the winner of the competition "Slavic Friendship" (1995, Voronezh), winner of award prizes of All-Russian competitions among folk performers (1979, 1992), a number of other competitions. She is the Chairman of the jury of many city and regional song festivals and competitions, including the competition of the patriotic song "Red Carnation".
