She graduated from the meat and milk department of the Voronezh Institute of Technology (1976). In 1976-1977 she was the engineer-technologist of the Kaliningrad Meat-Cannery Plant. Since 1977, graduate student, researcher, assistant, assistant professor of microbiology and biochemistry.

Career

She was head of the department of meat and meat products technology at Voronezh Institute of Technology since 1998. Scientific interests: creation of biologically complete, environmentally friendly food products based on rational use of meat industry resources and biotechnology methods. She was an author of more than 800 works.
