In 1948 Mihail went to school in Perevalkovo, Krasnodar region. In the year of 1958 he entered Stavropol Agricultural Institute and became a student of the department of agricultural engineering. He graduated from the institute in 1963 and started postgraduate education at the department of agricultural machinery.
Mihail Antonovich started postgraduate education in the Academy of social sciences. In 1979 he successfully maintained a thesis for a degree of Ph.D. in Economics.
Mihail Antonovich was obliged to pass military service. He was a common soldier in the anti-aircraft missile battalion and was chosen a Secretary of the Komsomol organization and became a candidate to membership in Communist Party of Soviet Union. In the second year of his service, he became a leader of political department of the division. After resigning from the Army he was to return to the Institute, but he started his work as an instructor in regional department of Komsomol.
In October, 1965 Mihail Antonovich was chosen the first Secretary of Izobilnensky district Committee of All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. In August,1968 Mikail Korobeynikov became an instructor of Central Committee of All-Union Leninist Young Communist League in the department of school youth. He became of the founders of the movement "Komsomol for village schools". In May, 1970 Mihail Antonovich was chosen the second Secretary of Stavropol district Committee of All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. For his activity during this period he was awarded an Honor Badge and a Badge from Central Committee of All-Union Leninist Young Communist League "For active work in Komsomol". In September, 1973 Mihail Antonovich became a second Secretary of Aleksandrov district Komsomol party Committee.
Mihail Antonovich was assigned a Chief of the department of Economics in All-Union Research and Development Establishment of sheep and goat industry. In some time, he became a secretary of the Komsomol party organization of Research and Development Establishment and later he was chosen a member of the Lenin CPSU Bureau in Stavropol.
In January, 1981 Mihail Antonovich worked as a senior teacher and in May, 1982 was assigned a Secretary of Komsomol party Committee of the Institute. During the next 5 years he was a lecturer on political economy of capitalism, apart from his activity in the party. In 1990 he maintained a thesis "The mechanism of economic responsibility in the system of agrarian relations" for a degree of Doctor of Economics and was assigned a Chief of the department of agricultural policy of Research and Development Establishment of the Academy of social sciences.
In February, 1991 Mihail Antonovich was invited to workin the Central Committee of CPSU and he became an assistant chair in the department of agrarian politics. Since August, 1991 he hasn’t worked for 6 months until he was invited to the Congress of Russian business community, where he was at first an assistant chair and later – a Chief of the Committee of social and economic development. Later he became an assistant of General Director of economic issues in the center "Geofizika".
In the beginning of 1993 Mihail Antonovich was invited to work in Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR as an assistant of the President of Supreme Soviet V.A. Agafonov, who was responsible for agro-food sector. Unfortunately, after the execution of the Supreme Soviet on October 4th-5th, 1993, the activity of the Parliament was stopped and Korobeynikov was invited to work as an assistant of the chief of the Committee of agrarian issues, where he has worked for 2 years.
In February,1996 the chairman of the Federal Council Egor Stroev invited Mihail to head his Secretariat. For his active work in the Federal Council Mihail Antonovich was awarded the Order of Honor and the Order of Commonwealth.
