In 1960-1962 Nina Vladimirovna worked as a concertmaster at the Kuibyshev and Voronezh opera houses. In 1967-1971, a lecturer at the Voronezh College of Music, in 1971-2008 at the Voronezh State Institute of Arts (now Voronezh State Academy of Arts). She brought up more than 100 students.
