Graduated from the Department of Russian language and literature of Voronezh teachers' Institute (1941).
Teacher of Russian language and literature in Novousmansky district (1942). For 20 years she has been working at Novousmanskaya 8-year school № 2.
Zlobina proposed to open Pushkin Museum in the district children's library (1976), which became a collective member of the Russian Pushkin society (in the archive of the Museum there are letters of S. Geychenko, D. S. Likhachev and others). Zlobina and her students have issued about 500 handwritten albums with various materials.
Under the direction of Zlobina in Novaya Usman’ was regularly held Pushkin celebration of poetry with the participation of Voronezh creative intellectuals. Zlobina was the Delegate of the all-Union Congress of teachers (1968).
To the 20th anniversary of the Museum a booklet "Novousmanskaya tropinka k Pushkinu" was issued (1996).
