Vladimir Fedorovich graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Voronezh State University in 1962.
Since 1964, Vladimir Fedorovich had advanced in his career as an engineer, junior research fellow, senior research fellow, assistant, associate professor, full professor. In 1998, he became the head of the Department of Analytical Chemistry of Voronezh State University. He founded and ran the Voronezh Science School in the sphere of chromatography and ion exchange.
Vladimir Fedorovich was also the editor of Sorption and Chromatography Processes magazine which was published in Voronezh. He wrote over 500 works including the books: "Thermal analysis of ion-exchange materials" (published in Moscow in 2002 together with D.L. Kotova); "Melanoidins" (published in Voronezh in 2004); "Chromatographist’s companion: methods of liquid chromatography" (published in Voronezh in 2004 together with other authors). Vladimir Fedorovich has been a permanent head of patriotic sports club "Pamyat" to Voronezh State University, organizer of more than 80 multi-day (including international ones) races to noteworthy war action locations of the motherland.
