Konstantin Yasinovsky studied at the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (now National University of Science and Technology MISiS) (1965 - 1970). He graduated from the art and graphics Department of the Moscow State Correspondence Pedagogical Institute (now Sholokhov Moscow State University for Humanities or Moscow State University for Humanities named after M.A. Sholokhov) (1990).
Konstantin Yasinovsky was a candidate of technical sciences (1977), an assistant at the Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies named after M.V. Lomonosov (1977 - 1985).
Konstantin Yasinovsky has been a member of All-Russian, International exhibitions since 1987. In 1989, he completed the Baltic Plant bas-relief for the Yamal nuclear-powered icebreaker. In 1992 – 1993 he participated in mosaic works in the brigade of A.D. Kornoukhova in the Transfiguration Church in Tushino. Konstantin Yasinovsky executed and installed in the gateway niche of the Voronezh St. Nicholas Church a mosaic image of Nicholas the Wonderworker (1995 – 1996). In 1999, he made the icon of the Savior using the mosaic technique for the baptism of St. Nicholas Church in Voronezh, in 2002 he performed mosaic decorative compositions on the gates of the church.
