Vyacheslav Vygodin graduated from the Moscow Institute of chemical engineering with a degree in "Refrigerating and compressor machines and installations" (1973).
Vyacheslav Vygodin worked as a design engineer of the 2nd category at the all-Union research Institute of refrigeration engineering (1973-1976), a chief engineer at Kolomenskoye refrigeration plant (1976-1978), a chief engineer of the Moscow regional office "Rosmyasomoltorg" (1978-1980), a deputy head of the Republican office "Rosmyasomoltorg" (1980-1984), an employee of the USSR Embassy in Nicaragua (1984-1986), a deputy head of the Moscow regional Association "Rosmyasomoltorg" (1986 - 1987), a deputy head, then head of the Republican office "Rosmyasomoltorg" (1987-1991), a General director of the Republican concern Rrosmyasomoltorg" (1991-1992).
